Request for Proposal concerning facility building construction The Instituto Pre-Vocacional e Industrial de P.R., Inc. is requesting proposals for building facility construction. The potential contractor firm will be responsible for providing a high level of service at a reasonable cost to the Institution. The intent of the request is to select an independent contractor firm, preferably with construction experience (within the previous six years), to provide traditional construction or precast methods for the facilities of Instituto Pre-Vocacional e Industrial de PR Inc. The Request for Proposals released February 6, 2024, the interest to participate or to send written questions is February 19, 2024. The deadline for receipt of proposals (no exceptions) is February 26, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., (AST). Official notice of award will be posted to the Institution's website and mailed to all proposers. Only written correspondence and/or inquiries directed to the Institution's President Founder and CEO (who is the sole point of contact with the Institution for purposes of this request) will be accepted. Request for Proposals #2023-05 for external auditing. The Instituto Pre- Vocacional e Industrial de
P.R., Inc. is requesting proposals for externa} auditing. The potential auditing firm will be
responsible for providing a high level of service for a reasonable cost to The Institution. The intent
of the RFP is to select an independent auditing firm, preferably with at least three (3) years of non-
profit single auditing experience (within the previous two years), to provide basic auditing services
for the Institution's total annual budget of approximately $4 million.
The Request for Proposals released September 15, 2023, may be obtained at www.ipvipr.com at
RFP AUDIT. The deadline for receipt of written questions is September 25, 2023. The
deadline for receipt of proposals (no exceptions) is September 30, 2023, by 4:00 p.m. Atlantic
standard time. Official notice of award will be posted to the Institution's website and mailed to
